Natasha has been in the industry for over 10yrs now, having founded House of Hydro in 2019.
The story behind the initial set up was to support her own pack, Atticus the very large Leonberger, Indie the misunderstood Staff x Mastiff and Motzie & Garfield her two cats.
House of Hydro was built to provide a welcoming space and comfort for all breeds to have the opportunity to receive treatment with the best possible care.
Natasha believes in allowing the pets in her care to make their own choices, at their own pace. She is passionate about Canine Hydrotherapy and the benefits and results it can achieve.
She is committed to enriching a dog’s life by building trust, which in turn allows her and her team to carry out the rehabilitation the dog needs in a kind, caring and relaxed manner.
Natasha has been very fortunate to have many animals over the years, and will cherish the fond memories with Atticus, Indie, Motzie and Garfield who were all supported by House of Hydro. Cuba the Maine Coon is the latest addition to her family and is currently enjoying all that House of Hydro has to offer.

Charlotte is our in-house Physiotherapist for House of Hydro.
Over the years, she has been incredibly lucky to work with hundreds of patients needing hydrotherapy and physiotherapy; each one leaving a lasting memory. She enjoys treating a wide variety of cases but has a keen interest in orthopaedic post-operative care, neurological cases and osteoarthritis.
Charlotte’s approach to rehabilitation is calm and compassionate, supporting all patients she treats whatever the temperament from the very shy and nervous to more guarded. Providing a relaxed environment in which all patients receive the same level of care, she makes a bond of trust with each patient to ensure they are comfortable in the treatment space.
Having grown up with her childhood Labrador Cracker, she is now lucky to be a part of your pets pack.
Outside of work she enjoys music and is renovating her first home.

Millie is a dedicated and experienced hydrotherapist treating all breeds and conditions.
She has worked with dogs recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, neurological cases, weight loss, fitness & conditioning and of course puppies.
Millie enjoys working with the rehabilitation cases and has a special interest in neurological conditions. Helping to support patients with regaining limb function, improving their gait patterns and increasing their proprioceptive input.
At home Millie has two Siamese mixed cats, called Teddy and Blu whose different personalities keeps the whole family busy. Outside of work Millie loves to go the gym.

Canine Hydrotherapy Assistant
Christina is our Canine Hydrotherapy Assistant. She absolutely loves being a part of each animals rehabilitation journey and loves seeing the improvements and support that K-Laser and hydrotherapy can provide.
Currently Christina is studying Zoology at university in Manchester, this is expanding her knowledge in animal welfare, biology and behaviour.
Christina has always known that she wanted to work with animals and has her own pack that she cares for at home. She has a Rottweiler called Lady, a Springador called Lola, a snake called Cornelius and 3 Giant African land snails.
In her spare time she enjoys shopping and spending time with her friends and family.
